Oh, how I love this angst in the plot. What will happen next????
You know, I have to admit, I love the readings from Maru's journal. Such deep, raw emotions running rampede through a man that didn't know the meaning of what these emotions meant. Yes, as we grow we learn about love. there's so any defferent kinds of love and when you become sexually active with one person and it seems as though you both have a good relationship, it can be called love, but there's so many different levels and when you find that one, deep love that you just want to keep denying because it's just so all consuming and it changes you in ways that you never thought could happen. This other person becomes your lifeline, the air that you breathe, the virtual sun that makes you want to shine bright. It can be a very damaging thing to hold in. They never talked about feelings and each one felt the same way. I agree with Kagome, things might have been so different if one of them could have had the courage to say the L word.
And yes, I am still curious about what they want her to know, like everyone else, I hope Maru is alive but if he is, how was it kept quiet all this time? Well, I'm sure I'll have those answers in due time. JEN
gah! It's like a game of cat and mouse... one second your about to spill the beans on whats going on and then poof! You turn away from it!!!! Need more so please update soon!!!! Cuz right now i'm about to go crazy and i'm getting the strange impression that Sesshomaru's still alive >.<
This tale is surely full of if only's and what if's. I wonder what the significance of when Maru actually went down is to the events that took place. Is it possible that he knew the attackers. Did he know there was a conspiracy? I can't wait to see what happens next.
Yasha doesn't make it easy for people to like him but I guess that's part of his charm as he puts it. He definitely has issues with others telling him what to do. He definitely doesn't approve of anyone who works for Headquarters, that's for sure. I gathered that most people in Headquarters are of the same opinion, and that means it Kagome would be on trial for the rest of her life if she stayed there or transferred to any post in close proximity. I guess he feels Rigotta isn't as trusting as he presents himself to be or maybe it's just because the guy works for the post closest to Headquarters?
I am curious as to what Yash was supposed to prepare her for, though, I have a good guess. Yasha couldn't understand her want in knowing what they did to Maru before he died. For some people, it's part of needing to believe the person actually died and to have confirmation of that is to known how. Others can just accept what they were told and don't need any other confirmation. Either way it doesn't make them some kind of freak. Yasha definitely has alot to learn about Kagome. JEN
Oooh my curiosity has just been spiked like you wouldn't believe, I really want to know what the Captain and Yasha are planning, whatever it is, it sounds like it's going to be big... keep it up I can't wait for the next chapter!!!!
Ehh, interesting :( Gods, I am anxious >_<

J.Left (Chapter 10) - Mon 26 Jul 2010
What is this top-secret task centered around Kagome??? Gosh I can't wait to read more! I'm loving this world that you created, dark with all these border wars and conspiracies... Thumbs up!
So the proverbial plot thickens? Who was the Captain talking to, and why are their plans so centered around her? I can't wait to see what happens next!
and the plot gets thicker! So many blanks I'm completely clueless on what will occur next.. *sigh but I love it.
AHHHHHH!!!!! The suspense is killing me!!! What are they up to? I NEED TO KNOW!!!!
Well damn things are sticky as ever, aren't they? Granted it is kind of fishy about those bases being attacked afterwards, I really don't think either Sesshomaru or Kagome would spill the beans, I'm thinking there's a traitor somewhere around there.
Also, why don't they just give Kagome a polygraph test? Wouldn't that prove her innocence??
As always you did an awesome job, and poor Yasha, he's always been hotheaded though I can't say as I blame him.
Keep up the great work!
