Went digging through my prompts and found these two. There both easy, I guess, but you wouldn't normally hear them in conversation. I'd probably classify them as middle level words:
adj. Sodden: heavy with moisture or water.
adj. Doleful: full of grief, causing grief, or expressing grief. |
