That's it! I dislike that Minoru guy. He is obviously weird and annoying, and the fact that he (albeit indirectly) caused Kagome to get hurt was just...unforgivable. LOL. I think I sounded like Sesshoumaru there for a second, but Minoru deserves to die for interrupting the moment we have all been waiting for. It's really nice to see Sesshoumaru and Kagome, despite being rather unhappy with each other, attempt to mend the broken relationship. The fact that they're putting in effort is good enough, and I look forward to the next chapter.

In response to your lovely PM, it's really my honor to get to read such a good story and review it! I've read your works like Wrong Number, and trust me, I absolutely loved it. It was the one that made me remember your username, and when I get the time, I'd read all your works. What is that Minoru problem? It would seem like Minoru has a problem with Kagome and Sesshoumaru's relationship! This is strange. good chapter!

I wonder if the important message is about Rin, which would probably be the only really important thing to Sesshomaru at this time.  Maybe if Kagome's bleeding is critical enough, dealing with it and her seeing that he really cares will help carry them past the damage caused by his refusal to accept her word about the porn incident...  Please update soon, you can't leave Kagome injured and bleeding for long!

I have to say I don't blame sessh for the "lady K" incident, I think Kagome would have been the same way had the situation been reversed in some way. A video of sessh with a wedding band on, kissing another female would make her do the same thing. They just need to relax...

I read all 28 chapters of For The Best in one sitting, and I have to tell you how absolutely amazing this story is. Of course, you must know that already from all the great reviews you've received, but still, I would like to thank you for sharing such a great story with us.

It is not often that we come across a story where Sesshoumaru is just like any other being, susceptible to emotions like doubt, insecurity and so on. He is often portrayed as being perfect in every situation, but you went against this mainstream portrayal and created a Sesshoumaru who is not only in character but also, a lot more real. He feels emotions like all others, even though he might be better at hiding them, and I enjoy his interaction with Kagome. He is also not invincible in the sense that he could be fooled and get thrown into confusion like others. The most recent chapter was amazing, even though I found myself getting a little mad at Sesshoumaru (from Kagome's perspective). But still, it is perfectly understandable since both of them are not in the best of moods, and Kagome would not have listened to him if he had chosen to talk to her. Having said that, I look forward to seeing what happens next. They deserve something good, after all they've been through! :)

Alright, now that's what I'm talking about! He's done the right thing and she needs to understand that she wasn't the only one hurt in all of this. It hurt him to see those videos, to find out that the stage name could possibly be connected to her and then to have been going through all of his own doubts about mating and marriage. He had no idea to really explain it to himself at the time, how could he explain it to her? She does have a habit of flying off the handle when she feels threatened even though this time she kept herself under control.

Oh yeah, he made the right decision to go to Japan to talk this out...on his turf! Why to go!!   JEN

Hahahahahaha he totally kidnapped her that was fantastic!!!!  The part about him telling the flight attendants that she was crazy was the best!  I really hope they manage to work through their troubles during this time if Kagome doesn't castrate him first LoL.  After all the angst in the last few chapters this one made me laugh and it also proved just how determined he is to keep her in his life.  Great chapter!!  Best wishes as always!!

I hope Kagome gives them another chance, it's obvious he wants to try, so let's hope she wants to try also.  Maybe they can give that mile-high-club an honest chance on the way back to Philadelphia ;)

Oh, oh, I hope they're at the shrine and that he bought it back for her, or something similar.  Wow, he kidnapped her and told everyone that she was insane.  LOL  That was bad, but still funny.  I had to jump out of a moving car to keep from being kidnapped and taken down a dead end, vacant road.  I'd be way over the top if Sesshoumaru had done that to me (which is why I drive my own car, separate from a male when on a date or any other such thing).  I hope she at least throws a few things at him, or plays tricks on him like Shippou did to Inuyasha, simply to make his life hell for awhile.  I'd be just as pissed about him going behind my back and calling my relatives.

One thing I am glad about, though, is that he is not giving up on their relationship.  ~_^

As I have said, sometimes relationships just get damaged TOO MUCH.  You are good, though, and I know you will find a way to bring the two back together, without it seeming contrived.  Please, hurry though!
