After bumping through fictions the other night I found one that seemed to have promise but, like an idiot, I neglected to bookmark it. If you could lend a hand it would be greatly appreciated.
From what I recall the story begins with an upset mother - Sesshoumaru's mother. Concerned by her son's lack of ambition to find a mate and produce an heir she employs the services of a well respected kitsune match maker. The elderly match maker tails Sesshoumaru and his entourage and after a brief assessment of our leading mans' cool character she decides to put an ancient trinket into action. The trinket is deployed during a conflict between Inuyasha Co. and Sesshoumaru and binds Sesshoumaru to his 'match' who is (drum roll) Kagome (bet you didn't see that one coming
) with a chain. In short they're stuck together. That's about as far as I got.
