So for this I know Kagome is mated to Sesh and they live in his castle with their children. One night Naraku send his shadow essence into their home and onto Kagome. It taints her scent and makes it like she had ex with him. Sesshomaru catches a wiff of her impure scent and goes crazy and accuses her. One of them leaves, Kagome I think, and their friends plot to get them back together. Sango and miroku maybe, or some other demon friends (could be either or, or a combination of both friends) gets them into a room together and they scream and fight a destroy the room, but come out with renewed feelings and trust.
