Has to be my favorite by far.

However I have a soft spot for In His Arms by Telepathic Hawk (MA) as it's the first Sessh/Kag fic I ever read and it's what turned me on to the pairing. Still amazing.

I was partial to CiraArana, as she was one of the first authors I read of this fandom. Passion and Dragon's Prey come to mind especially.

Then of course, there's Resmiranda's Tease.

(Obviously, all these stories are MA. :3)

Anything that makes their lives easier. Wiccan and the rest have enough to deal with, editing posts to put MA markers takes time they could be using for other things.

Oh, I'm so agree with Chie-san and FaerieDearest-san, 'Dragon's Prey'(and it's sequel, 'The Divine Concubine') and 'Trapped' (especially the stories in chapter 3, 9, 12, 14, 17 and 19), they are sooo hard to resist and sooo hard to forget! Ohohoho...
