This chapter was so intresiting. A sad truth that not all will be the same when kagome went back to her time. Kind of sad that inuyasha died in this chapter as well as kikyo. But with their deaths i expect a-lot of growth from kagome.

Alright,  feelin greedy next chapter please!

I feel really bad for Kagome, I mean she wasn't born in that era so she was afraid and was trying to protect her friends. Of course, she could have trusted her friends a bit more. But still, I'm surprised Shippo or at least Sango do not hear her out and forgive her a little more.

Kagome did grow up though. To take charge of her mistakes and try to rectify them as she is doing. She has to be terrified of meeting Sesshomaru again and bargain either her life or the last thing she has of Inuyasha. Although, I am realllly curious if Sesshomaru is demanding what I think he is demanding for payment for his help in defeating Naraku. I want to read it in black and white!

Cannot wait for the next update though! Ciao!

I like how you tied everything together. It makes me a little sad that the group, especially Shippo, feels resentful but it makes sense.

Great chapter, it was everything I hoped it would be! I am SO excited now, I can't wait to see how interactions between Sesshoumaru and Kagome's group will go; especially with whatever deal her and the demon lord strike up with each other.  The most striking line in this was when Kagome realized the price of great power was sacrifice. Wonderful tie into the story, to compare all three great mikos to one another.

I'm so happy right now <33 I think I might have screamed a little when I saw the update LOL. Waiting eagerly for the next chapter :)

Your a great writer...this story right from the start had me hook. To the point i have reread it so many times that it's basically engraved in my mind. I keep looking for this paticular story update...but so far i have seen none.  I hope you update very soon. I've been looking forward for more chapters to what has felt like forever. So looking forward to an update to a wonderful story.

It's been a long time since I have been this excited about reading fanfiction...

Darkfics have always been my kryptonite- and you do it so wonderfully, it makes me want to draw a million things that come to mind while I read. Each character is so grounded in their personalities, giving so much weight to their interactions, and it is icing on the cake that is your writing. The reunion of Kagome and Sesshoumaru will happen eventually, but I find myself wondering how Sango will react when Kagome returns...

I'm not sure what music you prefer, but if you need a bit of inspiration, I have a playlist I made while I was drawing a piece for Stasis.  Dark and moody stuff is just my bread and butter, and music always spurs me on.
