Anti social??? He's like calling the kettle black because he's one of the, if not the one anti social beings alive! He only speaks when it suits him and uses his eyes and body language to tell all to back off and leave him alone. Funny, really.

She's really lucky to have a brother that cares to go that far for her. She may not know it now, but she would only get used by a guy like that. Even her own friends don't trust that guy and think the same thing about him as her brother does, but love is blind, right? I can't wait to see if big bro will have to actually step in and defend his sister's honor.

Hmmm, like I said, life just keeps throwing us curves and oft times I feel like a hamster on a wheel going no where fast. Poor Sessh seems to feel the same way. He needs to go out with Kagome and stop just watching her from afar. Though I'm sure she'll freak when she finds out he's works for the law.
I understand how the poor man feels and drinking never solves any problems. Actually they're still there when you decide to stop the binge and sometimes it's worse. Been there, done that. I've also had to talk to a shrink as a requirement to keep my Medicaid. Shrinks can't solve anything as far as I'm concerned that a caring, understanding friend does. With a shrink, you're just another person but with a friend, there's caring and understanding, non judgemental person who genuinely wants to listen while you unburden yourself and figure things out for yourself.
Now with InuYasha, I think he's got his hands full with that daughter of his. He being a single parent and male might not quite get all that a preteen girl goes through even though he's talked to other mothers and read up on preteen behavior. He's a good father and I give him credit for that but it's a good thing that his son happened upon Kira's messages and the pics that young teen boy sent her. She could get herself into a situation that she's not ready for.
The kids fight like cats and dogs which is normal behavior but Yasha is going to find that his son really does love his sister and will do what he feels necessary to keep her from growing up too fast. It's always nice when your sibling will do what it takes to take care of you. I was the youngest and all my sisters thought me a pest but let anyone try to hurt me...
Great job getting to know Yasha and the kids.

HI, LADY O!!!!! You know, this chapter with Sessh hit home in a big way. Sometimes we ALL need to talk to someone and get rid of all our life's burdens or at least what is giving you the most difficulty living with. He's gone through quite an ordeal doing his job and having his superiors against him is just plain wrong. Who are you supposed to trust to have your back? Hopefully having the talk with Mike and knowing he can talk to him and the man understands what he's going through will help. Now we know why Sessh is making a sudden visit and staying awhile.
Well, I'm off to catch up with the next chapter. It's always a treat to have you back, my good friend. I'll always be here, you know that. RL is always throwing us upside down and I too have to wonder when things will just calm down so we can enjoy living again instead of always being on edge.
