Okay, a little about me... well first I'd like to point out that I never have worse writers block then when I'm attempting to write one of these things.

I'm a freshman in college come the fall, So I have no idea at all what my schedule will look like in just a few more weeks. I love to read, especially when it's cold and rainy out side, snuggling up with a good book and a glass of cocoa, or tea.. mmmhm my idea of a good time. That's another thing, as an american, I probably drink tea just as often as anyone in the better known tea drinking countries. I recently spent over forty dollars on tea leaves... Yikes! (but they are so good!! my internal conflict here unending)

I'm a gamer too. I play a lot more games than I'm usually willing to admit. I especially like the zombie game on a certain first first person shooter game that is very popular with teenage boys at the moment.

My senior year of high school I studied Wicca, a really amazing religion, and herbology, both of which now hold high positions among things that are important to me in life. Don't worry though, that doesn't make me scary, freaky. weird, or any other descriptive word beyond normal. I'm Irish, and look it, which makes me a red haired blue green eyed ginger. (Which holds absolutely no tie to me being Wiccan)

I am a mildly accomplished artist, but not in a way that makes me any good at fanart, thought I'm sure I'll eventually break down and try anyway..

I am currently working on my first story --Ever. I have an amazingly encouraging and helpful beta, and I am open to constructive criticism. If you don't like my story, you can lock that up in the box of things labled 'if you don't have something nice to say, say nothing at all', however, if you don't like the way I, for example, switch POVs randomly through the chapter, Let me know, It might be something I can fix.

Similar Features -- Kagome is the village burden. Orphaned, and with no mother to speak of in this matriarchal society, she is left on her own to make ends meet.  Kagome's long time friend and recently her almost lover, is betrothed to another. An arranged marriage for him ruins all hope of Kagome's happy ending. To make matters worse, when something horrible happens to Kagome, things don't go quite as would be expected, at a loss for what to do, Kagome attempts to escape from the only home she has ever known.  (A huge thank you goes out to my AMAZING beta reader, Dianne, for helping me with this story!!)
