Perhaps i was doomed the moment i started reading  chapter one ...because by the end of chapter one i have fallen in love with this story. And it was not odd that almost everyday i looked up for new chapters and everytime there was i was reading your story with happiness.  The tension and bewilderment of kagome as she came to learn about a new world than the one she was used to living in. The dread and hope as she attempts to find the good in a world that has harden sesshomaru and a world that has torn inuyasha down. A 21st century girl living in a world 500 years in the past. Very well done...i look forward to new chapters. Big fan.

I have to say that I love this confident Kagome who is sure of her abilities but at the same time still delicate in how she handles matters. I'm totally in love with this story and we are only 7 chapters in! Can't wait for the next chapter.

Love how you pace the story and slowly build the relationship between Sesshomaru and Kagome.

Also I like how you portray Kagome, she is strong and compassionate, but not in that obnoxious ''wonder woman meets mother theresa'' way in which she is often portrayed.

It is most likely the norm. Why else would Inu Taiso, Jeniji's father, and Shiori's father all mate with ningen onnas? Perhaps it was the only way for the males to feel the warmth of love and true caring and not the cold hand of business and simply trying to raise up on one more station.

Although, during this time period, that is what fathers/brothers/head of the household did with the women. Women were chattel, possessions to be bargained with and to trade for land or money or power. Maybe it isn't the different in youkai cultures but it's a bit harsher due to the fact that youkai live longer.

Sad chapter but nice insight to Sesshomaru's coldness and distance with everything and everyone.

This chapter was really intresting. Uknowing to the rest of the demons in the demon society they are not aware that kagome has a certain adventage and that is her knowledge from the future. I think that this chapter was a brief taste to what kagome is going to bring with her ( although i am not sure that makes sense)

Oh how I am enjoying this story. Can't wait to see how this story unfolds. 

ooooooooooooh! Kagome taught Sesshomaru something! I'm sure though, the youkai society will find out that she solved the problem. I assume the kitsune, in his inexperience and eagerness to share his respect for the Shikon Miko, would pass the rumors that she not only solved a difficult problem for the scholars but also read his book willingly, that she offered without him asking.

Sesshomaru's interest growing the way it is, is exactly what I'd portray him too. He's not interested in just looks and attraction - seeing as how many beautiful demonesses try to garner his attention. I always thought he would be attracted to power and intelligence. Why would he wish to mate someone he'd be bored with in a year when they are nearly immortal? His attention being caught means he has finally seen Kagome's intelligence and her gaining power. ALthough I am dying to know his true reasons for sending Inu away (to see Kagome's true self? to get Inu away from her? or because Inu was being shunned so much?). Really exciting to read this story!
