I honestly don't know how to review this. I mean, I'm a little ticked at Kagome for always making assumptions over the things Sesshoumaru has said they shared. Knowing the Sesshoumaru of the past the way she does, she knows he is not one to lie or put his reputation on the line for anyone. He definately wouldn't do all these things for her if what he says happened never did. What would he have to gain from all of this?

I think she really needs to stop fighting him, and herself, too and just go with the flow. Allow him the chance to show her some kind of physical affection like she did with InuYasha to see if any memories come of it. She, herself, said she keeps getting these small flashes that happen so quickly that she doesn't know if they were real, so, give the guy a little time to kindle those dormant flames. If she doesn't remember anything, maybe she'll find that despite not having the old memories returned, there's a spark that burning there and with a the right courtship Sesshoumaru is trying so hard at, she might find he was right about them being soulmates. She just has to stop shooting him down so fast just because she doesn't understand the Feudal Era's and royality's(?!?) customs. Her new handmaid would no doubt be a great help to teach her how to properly act (being a respectful and obedient chosen female)  when not behind closed doors with the Lord of the Lands.

I think Sesshoumaru has been more than patient and understanding tolerating all of Kagome's little outbursts. (not that all of her outbursts weren't uncalled for) I had also thought that when Kagome asked for tangible proof of their relationship, if I remember correctly, he could have shown her her panties that he kept from one of their encounters or her ascot from her uniform that Miroku gave her. Why would he want to keep anything of hers if he had no interest in her?

Anyway, I just hope I was able to convey what I wanted to say and made some kind of sense.   JEN

Oh, this is getting sooo good. Sorry about the time away. So much has happened since I last wrote you anything. The one being that my comp totally died and I had to wait until I could afford a new one.( I think I already told you that) The other was our car a/c went dead and the cost to repair it and then also do the tune up required cost was outrageous, so we had to go car shopping. That was long and tedious, but we found a Nissan Murano and I quickly fell in love with it. It'll be perfect in the winter.

Anyway, you've done wonderfully with this. Here I was expecting both Kags and Yasha to have their memories restored and when it didn't happen I thought, wow, now this is going to be one very interesting ride. I've been waiting to see how Kagome handles getting together with Sesshoumaru again and him having to just about court her is fun. I love having him taunt and tease her too. Kagome's a closet perv...well, where Sesshoumaru is concerned and I think he's figuring this out. I love that thought.   JEN

ps... Kagome should have kicked Jaken for all those nasty remarks. I was so glad Sesshoumaru heard him and gave him the boot! (pun intended)
