omg nooooooooo u cannot 'discontinue' the story please please please!!!!!! the story is amazing, i LOVE it, i HATE reading anything but this story is awesome, my teacher n family loves it tooo as it is convincing me to read..... i only read stuff that is interesting and worth reading. u cannot stop this please!! it would be such a loss if u discontinued the story, and u cannot stop it now, its just getting supa interesting and intense! please oh please do not stop this story!

Sorry for accusing you of not wanting to continue your story due to lack of reviews... 

I guess my judgement was really just based upon a load of other authors in Dokuga (and out of Dokuga) who have said just about the same thing (they felt like others were getting bored with their stories)... but explain that it's purely based upon the amount of reviews they've received.

Even if, through the reviews you've been receiving, you've gotten the idea that people aren't exactly enjoying your story... don't let it bring you down! :)

I suppose that the type of review you'd give would differ according to your mood... so don't let these things get to you that much.

I'm really very happy that you've decided to continue with your story and I really hope that you won't be discouraged from continuing-- I love it just the way it is!

Hey hey hey, I got a shout out, what what! lol, I'm glad I could help renew some confidence in ya and I can't wait for the next update. I knew something was up with Kaguya. I hope they can figure out something to do about Akuma and Kagome's blindness.

You shouldn't have to feel guilty for getting discouraged! It's happened to everyone one time or another. Getting reviews is a fantastic high, and I get all bent out of shape every time I post a new chapter and the reviews aren't quite what I wanted.

And as a reader, it's so easy to just read a fiction and enjoy it, but conveniently skip over the little review button at the bottom. There are many stories that I keep up with in my head and never once add favorites or review! I really should know better!

I'm really enjoying your story , and I think your characterization of Kagome is really good! It's also nice to see that your made up characters have a nice depth and actual personalities, rather than a vehicle to move plot along!

Hope you're feeling better about your story and your fans. Don't write for us though, write for yourself. Becuase in the end your happiness and feelings about the story are all that really matter. I've been with this story for quite some time and I've actually read bride of the water god so I'm interested in seeing how your story will develop. 

Normally I don't review, but after reading your notes, I felt like I should. I'm loving your story. My only complaint is the short chapters, but beggars can't be choosers. I'll take what I can get. I also have to say that I completely understand how you feel about your writing. There are some stories that I've written that I probably won't ever post because I don't think it's good enough to warrant any kind of praise. I personally think they're crap and it's my opinion that matters most. I think you are a very good writer and I don't believe you were doing it for "pity reviews" for the simple fact that what you said was more "I don't think people like the way it's going and are becoming uninterested so I will be taking a hiatus." You didn't threaten to remove it or not finish it, you just wanted to re-evaluate it to make it better to you and I can respect that. I'm glad you chose to continue it though. Can't wait for the next update.

I find myself going back and re-reading chapters until an update comes around and well I must say that I love your work so much!

It is a little hard to provide worthy reviews every chapter and there is also the fact that most people are way too lazy to actually leave them (myself included) but I think that the response that you have got is proof that even if readers review with "great chapter" and "keep updating" it doesn't mean that they are not enjoying the plot or the story whole.

Don't worry about what a couple of pricks say. As an author myself I'd like to feel a bit wanted to update with a few reviews, doesn't matter how many just even one to help me feel like I have something people want to continue. I love your story and can not wait for the next installment. FINALLY Sesshomaru has Kagome back in his arms, please please please let her be alright! I love your story! Have I already told you that? Oh you're an AWESOME author. I still anticipate the next installment of MBFB! :)

And here I was wishing you would write more. This is one of the very, VERY few stories I care about anymore, and the one and only thing I disliked about it was your tendancy to skim over, what to me were, very major events/details.

Dokuga is somewhat notorious for lacking reviews. You should continue this story for the simple reason that it is a good story, and like all good stories it deserves a telling. There is only one good reason to discontinue a good story, and that is death. Frankly, I think even that is a pretty weak excuse. Take a hiatus all you like, you will either kill off what fans you have, or have them maniacly spouting reviews and pm's at you, alternating between threats and praise.

Just finish the story. Or leave it hanging. But please don't pull stunts like that.

It's not that I'm getting bored of your story... but it's more that there are so many other factors out there that would stop me, and other readers, from reviewing.

It's becoming tiring to incessantly read the comments by authors in general who whinge over the supposed fact that they no longer think that others are enjoying their story, hence their temporary hiatus; i.e. yet another excuse to get a flood of pitiful reviews, all of which apologize and compliment... and are there to console you.

It's great to receive reviews, really, but when you write, I don't think that you should base whether or not you'll continue to write on it over the amount of reviews you get.

Isn't it enough to have one person out there who absolutely loves your story instead of a heap of strangers making meaningless comments and endearments?

Again, I'd like to point out one thing.

I love your story and I'm not writing this with the intention of being offensive or blatantly rude, but I just think that your reasoning for doing away with it is just completely... irrational.

Life's life. Some people will like what you write and others won't.

You just have to get accustomed to the fact that people are lazy... and that they won't always have the time to write a review.

That, and there are so many others reasons out there...

I hope you'll continue with your story, but I hope that you've understood my point.

I don't usually leave reviews but I don't want you to stop this story.  I have this story and a few others bookmarked on my iPhone and I check several times a day to see if any of the stories get updated and I'm very excited when they are. I REALLY enjoy this story, please continue it!!

Oh no please continue with the story it is very intersting and wonder i only recentally stumbled upon it and it took me by suprise I love how sesshomaru is envisioned as a water god it really suits him so I read all the chapter a day or so ago I really liked it and it inspired me to stop being lazy and get on with my two stories, and because of that I was able to get a chapter or so done on them. So please don't stop writing this I understand how you feel I also look to the review even if they are a simple I love the story or i like the Plot it helps me keep writing so please don't give up.

Sorry I dont review stories very often because i mostly read them on my phone. I do not find the story any less enjoyable then i originally did. I don't think you should quit at all my only advice is that sometimes people find themselves liking stories less if the chapters are shorter. Other then that I have no idea why people wouldn't be reading it. I still enjoy the story a lot and can't wait for the end. Keep up the good work ^^
