Keeping a Secret

Shit! Tonight is the full moon! Dammit Inuyasha that baka... if i don't go home i'm going to transform here. Oh God mom must be worrying. Kagome was worrying. She had a secret that she never told anyone other than her family. She was actually a youkai. Her situation is different because her mother was a miko and her father was a dog youkai. The result of miko and demon is a child that WILL be a youkai but the child does not have it's powers til it is 16. Even though it does not have access to it's powers, the child will turn into youkai on a specific night without powers. Kagome's birthday was in two weeks. Her 16th birthday. Late in the afternoon Kagome tried to creep away from Inuyasha and the gang. But before she got too far Inuyasha heard her and caught up to her.

"Kagome!" Oh shit! He just had to wake up right? Oh God if i don't get back in 2 hours it will be too late!

"Inuyasha?"

"Yes Kagome?"

" I have to study for my tests. I need to go home tonight."

"No."

"Fine."

"Now go back to sleep."

As Inuyasha went back he did not know the terror behind this easy victory.

"SIT!!!!! Inuyasha you baka I need to go home!"

While Inuyasha was recovering from one of her most painful sit commands Kagome ran towards the well. She atarted to hear Inuyasha getting up(Even though she has no acess to her powers she is still a DOG demon).

" OSUWARI!!!!! osuwari osuwari osuwari osuwari osuwari!!!"

Once again Inuyasha is "sitted" into the ground. Kagome is not far from the well any more. She makes it there and jumps in. Once she got back to modern Japan she felt safe. Oh shit! Only 1/2 hour left. I got to get to my room before Inuyasha comes. Mom can take care of him then. Kagome smirks. Inuyasha was terrified of her mother. Inuyasha the Great. Scared of nothing but her mother. With no time to waste Kagome runs into the house.

"Mother! Take care of Inuyasha for me okay?"

"That is easy. Don't worry go to your room! Your hair is changing colors already."

With that Kagome looks down at her hair. Her raven black hair was still mostly black but at the ends her hair was starting to become white. The white was slowly traveling it path upwards. Kagome seeing this runs into her room before Inuyasha can see her like this. When she gets into her room she calmly waits for her monthly change. Then all of a sudden her hair is turning white even faster. Her ears disappear and above her head a set of dog ears show. Her nails are getting longer and pointy. Becoming into claws. She could feel her senses getting stronger by the second. Her stripes were showing and to top it off on her forehead was a crest . Then her mother came into the room (after beating off Inuyasha).

"Darling?" "Yes mother?" "I'm sorry if you feel being youkai is hard on you. But if only your father was human."

"It's okay mother. I understand. I'm fine with this too. Just the fact how i am going to tell Inuyasha that I am actually youkai and the heir of the Eastern lands."

"Don't forget you are also betrothed to the heir of the Western lands."

"Yes I know Sesshoumaru." "You are getting depressed again. Why don't i tell you how I met your father again?"

"Yes please mother."
