It seems Sesshoumaru is behaving like a spoiled child. No matter how much he may try, he's a father. I bet he even trys to avoid being at his father's home whenever Kagome is there with Rin. But I bet time and his conscious will eat at him. Hey, have his father put an enlarged copy of the picture of Kagome and the twins somewhere that Sesshoumaru can't miss having to look at it. His father is going to be proud to be a grandfather and will probably have more than one copy hung at home and at work. With him talking proudly about his granddaughter, naturally people are going to congratulate Sesshoumaru on being a father and some may even give their sympathies over the death of his son. All this will prey on his conscious. Look at me! I'm always trying to guess what the auther has in mind for future updates.

How will Sesshoamru feel about the family dinner gathering, or will he not show up?

Inu seems to approve of Kagome being perfect for his son, only met her seconds. He also seemed to have forgotten his public-sized announcement about Sesshomaru marrying Kagura. Part of the reason why Kagome didn't want to tell Sesshomaru.

I sure thought Kagome would be decline the family dinner, but allowed Rin to be there with Kikyo.

Funny how Sesshomaru didn't remember her till he saw her in person.

Wonder how long before Kagura finds out that Seeshomaru already has a family. Especially since it will change everything.

Wonder if she finds out before or after the press does.

Please update this beautiful story. This plot is unique. I feel sad for Kagome for loosing her son. At least she had some time with him whereas Sesshoumaru had none. I wonder if he will feel resentful towards her for denying him that time. At least there is Rin for them to try and build a relationship around.

I like the way your fanfic is coming along and at first I thought it would be Inyasha that Kagome left at home, but then I realized it wasn't. I can't wait to see who it is and how Sessho remembers who Kagome is. I mean probably Kagome will remember if she sees his face (though she was drunk), but I don't think Sessho will remember because he almost totally forgot that he slept with someone.
