The Perfect Date
Picture information
Description:
Kagome sighed happily as she closed her eyes, leaning her head against Sesshoumaru's chest.
Today had been practically perfect. Originally, she'd been ready to disown her friends for pushing her into a random outing with a perfect stranger, but she'd had to admit... this had been just what she had needed.
It didn't hurt that he was absolutely gorgeous.
It never occurred to her to question the surgical mask that he had worn over his face throughout the entire day; after all, it was cold season, and just about everyone went around with the same sort of mask as a preventative against both giving to and catching the colds of others. The fact that his mask happened to be covered in old, rust-coloured splotches was pushed to the back of her mind.
So happy was she with cuddling up against this new man, so unlike her stupid ex-boyfriend, the childish Inuyasha, that Kagome failed to notice the enormously large pair of shears that were rising up slowly behind her head.
She also did not take into account the large scar that split the lower half of his face, giving him the appearance of grinning from ear-to-ear. The scar was stitched up and looked decidedly recent, its blemish on his perfect face revealed as his free hand pulled down the surgical mask...

Yoru has not slept in over twenty-four hours. So... this.
And we're back to the Kuchisake-Otoko idea. I can't seem to escape it somehow. /headdesks
So yeah. This. Just a quick thirty minute sketch to get this stupid idea out of my head.
I am well aware that the proportions are off, but as I'm feeling lazy and mostly asleep, I won't be bothering to change that right now.
Maybe later, if I come back to this.
As it is, I hope you enjoy it!
