Very good, although the proportions of the upper-half of the face seem very odd. The nose is a tad too long, the left ear too short, and the cheeks too narrow. By comparison the eyelids to the brow and the temples are too narrow which in turn makes the forehead to Sesshy's hairline too narrow as well.

The shading is appropriate, but the proportioning of the upper-face throws it out of line.

I've done this many times myself too. It takes a good eye and practice to get the proportions right.
