Eating Dirt

This is just a silly drabble that I wrote when I was bored, I figured someone out there would get some slight amusement from it, beside me XP

She didn't know what came over her. One second she was sitting calmly under a tree listening to the two brothers argue, as usual, and the next she was on her feet screaming her lungs out. Maybe she needed a break from the stress of battling demons, or better yet from annoying argumentative Hanyous.

"What the hell are you talking about wench!? He's the enemy!" yelled the angry half-demon as he waved his sword in the air recklessly.

"Well if you would shut up for a second you would have already realized that your brother hasn't once pulled out his sword! But of course you're too much of a Baka to realize that!" She yelled, her small fists clenched at her sides in anger.

Sesshomaru blinked. Okay maybe not everyone in his brother's misfit group was totally idiotic. Not that he would ever say that out loud or anything.

"Half brother!" Inuyasha grumbled. "And since when do you stick up for the bastard?! He has tried to killed you at least three times already!"

Kagome's eyebrow began twitching slightly, as she shook from anger. Using the sweetest voice she could muster at the moment she put Inuyasha in his place, the ground. "Sit you jerk! Do you ever listen to anything I say?!" She shouted, watching the poor Hanyou crash into the unforgiving ground.

"Didn't yourself tell us InuYasha that you also tried to take Lady Kagome's life?" Miroku asked sagely, watching him stand up from the InuYasha sized crater, once the magic wore off.

"Keh. That was different, her life wasn't important then." Each member of the group unconsciously took a step backwards waiting for the explosion to happen.

They didn't have to wait very long.

"InuYasha" Kagome cooed sweetly, her face betraying the anger she felt towards her companion. "Sit! Sit! Sit!" She screamed in fury, making the Hanyou crash into the ground, harder and harder each time.

Everyone held back their laughter as the Hanyou began grumbling to himself, igniting another series of sittings.

Kagome fumed as she began to stomp off to the village with her companions following behind her at a safe distance.

"Tsk , tsk little brother. Taken down by a mere mortal, how pathetic." He said baiting his brother once again. "If only father could see his youngest now. He would surely realize the mistake he made by giving you the power to wield the Tetsusaiga." Sesshomaru smirked slightly when InuYasha jumped out of the crater, spurting off every cuss word he could think of.

"You stupid bastard! I should shove my foot up your-"

"InuYasha sit!" Came a voice from the distance, making the Hanyou eat dirt once again.

Sesshomaru smirked, maybe the fumbling Miko wasn't so bad to keep around if she could take the Hanyou down in such an...amusing way.

Maybe he should stop by more often, only to see if all of their encounters ended like this.
