Chapter 1: Chior

Kagome just loved the holiday season. The chilly nip in the air, the hustle and bustle as people went about their holiday shopping, just everything. But most of all, she couldn’t wait each year for a local choir to do their yearly Live Christmas Cantata.

Sitting on a bench facing the square, Kagome happily hummed along, perfectly content with her life. She still had to continue trying to find the Shikon shards and defeat Naraku but at this very moment, life was wonderful.

A persistent tugging of her coat sleeve interupted Kagome's thoughts.

"Are you ready to go yet, neesan? It's cold out here."

"...Yes, Souta, lets go."
