The story has some potential, but is in bad need of a beta reader, the spelling and gramar errors were to many to list them all.
But a few for starters;
Men/Women is plural ie there is more than one, Man/Woman when there is only one (one man, two men, one woman, two women. One man and two women, a man and a woman).
"Then" refers to time or the order you do things in (chronology) "First i did this, then i did that" while "Than" is comparative "This is bigger than that".
He's is the same as "He is" using "men's" is just plain wrong since it would be "the men is" ("the men are" is the correct form). When showing ownership it's just "hes" "the mens"
