Hmmm... I really have to say that the story is too fast, Kagome and Sesshoumaru both OOC and I don't know, OC Mary Sue? Not bashing or anything but Kagome would never let anyone belittle her worth that hard. In fact, she is quite defiant and determined not to be in Kikyo's shadow so her backing down and letting someone else finish him is preposterous at least nor is Sesshoumaru easy to fall in love. And as I said, your OC is a Mary Sue that she just had to finish off their enemy out of nowhere.

Just a small note, Kiky?s "soul collectors" are called Shinidamach? ("Dead Soul Insect"), not "Shinigami" ("Death God"). Shinigami is the japanese equalent of the Grim Reaper.
