Can't believe I'm saying this, but I think I feel sorry for Jaken. He's so uncomfortable. I am a little worried where this Kagome thing could be going. You cannot seriously be considering what I think you are. Doesn't matter how much better the outside's gotten, it's an illusion. The insides are still the same.

Wonder where Kagome wants to take him...

I'm really enjoying this little story. Who'd have thought - Kagome and Jaken? It had me laughing from the get-go. You've done a great job stringing me along so far. The pacing is perfect and the chapter sizes are manageable. Perfect ingredients for a busy reader.

It's probably something all teenagers can relate to, when your body is all of a sudden not your own and you can't figure why distances are now different and how come you're still the same, but people are now treating you differently.

okay so I love this story, but I had a funny thought...what if he ate the shard?  He would have to Poop it out!!!!!!!  That would be sooo like Jaken!!!!  Sorry couldn't help that one....Glad you updated, this story is strangly addicting..

I like the idea of Jaken getting attention, he really does not get much. He is able to have a humanoid (I think thats the word) form due to the added power from the jewel? So many questions! Can't wait to read more!

Though - his face was just as expressive when he was a toad rather than human looking.

Does Jaken look that different that Kagome wouldn't know who he was? He has green hair and yellow, toadish eyes and he's wearing that burlap sack he likes to call a tunic. I don't get it. And how could Kagome think he's attractive?! *shudders*

LOL Poor Jaken. Overgrown and still unattractive. Did Naraku come, transform him and put the shard somewhere vital (like in his heart or brain)? Or is the shard the reason for his transformation? And how'd he get close enough that Rin didn't flip out, jump on "Ohh and Ah" and run/fly away? Hmm...

Uh oh indeed! I dont know to feel sorry for Jaken... or relieved!

Oh no.... She'll make up for it now will she? *sighs* I almost feel sorry for Jaken... *brightens* great fic! I love it so far! Hope to see a update soon-ish.

uht oh...If Kagome isn't careful I see warts and tadpoles in her future....I mean even though the cover the the book has changed, the pages still read the same...Jaken-sama while we love your surly little green butt....are you capable of affection to someone other than Sesshomaru-sama?
