Okay, I'm not understanding this. Did he intentionally kill his mother or was it just her time to die. Surely there was death before the birth of Kagutsuchi; whose job was it then? Is that how all the gods meet their end burning from the inside out? I'm so confused :-/
awe thats so sad! but i love the twists your taking with real mythology vs the bride of the water god! this is just such a captivating fic b/c you give just enough detail for it to be tantilizing but leave it open to the imagineation so that the reader has the ability to paint it in their mind! i LOVES that!

Dun dun dunnnn....and what will Kagome do with this little tid bit of info? I mean she seemed to handle the toture thing pretty welled and moved on but this is a bit different. I wonder if the father will come into play anymore in the story. That would certianly shake things up, but wat the happy couple might need right now is just a period of calm happiness. They've been through alot already but it doesn't seem if things will be looking up for them anytime soon. Hopefully love can conquer all, even war :)
So didn't see that curve ball coming. Can't wait to see how this all plays out.

Why hello. I started reading your story due to one of the pics that I saw about it and im quite glad that I did. Your story is def interesting and you never know where it is going to go next. I guess I have now become one of the many that now eagerly awaits the next adventure to take place. So hopefully we aren't kept waiting to long. til next time :)

Man I freakin' love this story. The emotions you manage to draw out in those short chapters... it's incredible. You are amazing and don't you ever doubt it!

Loving it so far. I am intrigued bythe plot, though I'm curious as to why you chose a water god. I'm not complaining, it's just that with the cresent on his forehead I would have expected a god of the moon or the night or something of the sort. Very original!
