I love Kagome in this story!! If there was ever a character like me it would be her in your story :) And I really hope Sesh gets his job.. i wonder how he is going to handle everything... especially with Kagome hiring Inu!! I'm excited to see what will occur in the grocery store i can see Kagome now throwing a fit lol. Wonderful job can't wait for the next chapter! -Cef
So... Before i read chapter 5 I MUST review on what I've read so far.
First and foremost I must say that this is unlike any Kags/Sess that I've read before. I mean there are so many out there where Sess is this big business tycoon with all the money in the world who seems to struggle for nothing, But the Sess you've portrayed so far in this fic is new to me.
It's a good new.
I'm glad I'm able to picture him in a different light right now. I feel as though seeing him as he and Inuyasha are make me appreciate the ability we have as writers to portray our favorite characters as we see fit.
Right now I feel emotionally connected to both Sesshoumaru and Inuyasha on a whole level that I never thought was possible. I find that the struggles they face and will face in the future of this story is not far from some of the struggle people face and real life, which is why I am able to connect with their hardship.
Okay... enough rambling.
To some it up.... thank you for another great fic in the making.
A truly devoted fan,
Silver Silence 89
I don't know if Kagome is naive or stupid but she's acting like she's both. It's good that she's not prejudiced and her heart is in the right place, but by being so open with her actions, she's just inviting for someone to report her to the government. She does not need them poking their noses into her life since she has a secret of her own to hide. She needs to be more careful and less cocky. Also, it wouldn't hurt for her to do some research on the brothers and their family history in order to understand them better, especially Sesshoumaru. It would explain where his suspicion and attitude comes from besides the normal resentment of being prejudiced against.
Kagome, you crack me up. She's so stubborn and quirky. I'm glad that she found a potential job for Sess and willing to hire Inuyasha. Trust her to be the one to go to in a tough time. I really like how this going. Patiently waiting for the next update. ^^

Noacat (Chapter 4) - Sun 20 Dec 2009
Kagome kind of ticks me off in this story. I mean, it's all well and good to say you don't care about racial differences but she clearly has little concept of how terrible and oppressive racial prejudice reall is. I mean, yeah, what she did was wonderful but the way she treats Sessh afterward is kind of reprehensible. Yes, he was being a jerk but he sort of has a reason to and you're not gonna prove your different by being oblivious to his situation and arrogant. Because she totally was.
God, I love your stories.
MoMo (Chapter 4) - Sun 20 Dec 2009
Wow this story is soooo sad. I hope Inuyasha and Sesshy will be able to make ends meet. Update please and thank you.
Wow, tough break for Inuyasha. That's not cool. He needs the money to help take care of both of them. I'm really hating the humans in this story. It's like darwinism for demons - each of them vying for a job and if Yasha lost his job, there would be tons of others ready to take his place. But I'm glad Kagome is going to try to help him. Though, she does seem a bit clueless to his troubles. That was pretty risky for her to be talking to him out in the open, especially if his boss saw him. Oh dear. Was the idea of this story some what catapulted off that trinket that Hunter used in 'Seculsion'? It's a very good story so far and I'm thoroughly enjoying it. Keep up the good work!
