Very nice.  I loved this one shot and I know that you said you might do another and that you left it open just in case but I really hope you decide to do more chapters.  I can see this being very interesting.

I thought you did an amazing job keeping everyone in character. In the beginging you jumped scenes so quickly it was a little hard to keep up, but as the story progressed that leveled out nicely. My only point to contend is that it is my understanding that cryptomeria ARE a species of pine. Now I'm not a Dendrologist or anything, but that was just something that stood out to me. Great work, I look forward to reading more from you.
