I love your story!

You spanned something like six years in the course of one chapter, and somehow, left the reader feeling how those years passed, season after season, without having to write it out in any awkward detail. Great writing.

I like your use of conversation. I can close my eyes and hear the characters from the anime saying things exactly the way you have phrased them. Inuyasha's character as a demon seems spot on, as well. You are very subtle, and it payed off in this chapter.
