Oh my gosh, this chapter kicked my ass. I pictured a few things when I read parts in a chapter, so I thought this can go a few ways when I began this chapter, but I NEVER could've imagined that last bit...I'm so sad it's crazy. I feel the complete opposite of how I did for Sesshomaru than I did before, I have so many questions. Why leave the robes? Was he thinking that they'd pick up where they left off? You read stories and sometimes by fate he waits the 500 years and you think, " how could he have waited so long?" or "I cant believe he's been waiting for her all this time" and love him for it, but 50 years?! I'm going to be so calm after this, it's honestly my review fresh off the chapter so I apologize if it's all over the place, but I am excited to read what's next.

Can't wait to see who the children are. She's too old to be the mother of young ones. Are they sesshomaru's?!

I have really mixed feelings about this chapter! I'm happy to see that Kagome and Sesshoumaru are taking their relationship on the next level, but at the same time it has some kind of finality in it. I fear that this might have been their last experience as a couple. Sesshoumaru can be really stubborn and I'm sure that he will find a way to send her back to the future!

You did an amazing job with this chapter! And I'm curious to see what will happen in the next one!

Wonderful chapter.  I am glad that you decided to expand on the story.  I love it.

Sesshomaru and Kagome make such the perfect pairing. They are like night and day but match and balance each other. The yin to the yang.

Although Bokusen? says that miko and youkai mating are so rare but not possible to bind their souls and extend the weaker one's lifespan. There is no case of a mating such as Kagome's and Sesshomaru's.  She is the Shikon Miko and he is the most powerful Daiyoukai alive, who is to say that it can be possible for Sesshomaru to bind his soul to Kagome's and give her a lifespan to match his and who is to say that her being the powerful Shikon miko that she can be able to have full blood inuyoukai pups. She bit into him and gave him some of her reiki and he bit into her and gave her some of his youki while they mated, so I think there is a first for everything and I think they bound their souls together.  Now the issue would be how would it manifest itself showing that it worked...hmmm???

Anyway, I can't wait for the next installment...soon I hope!

Whoa....this was an immersive one. Your writing skills are so refreshing. I felt as if i were there in the forest. Felt like i was on a branch above theme somewhere eaves dropping on them talking to that pocahontas tree too man. Felt and heard the sounds of the rainy canopies above. twas a delight.
