This is interesting with this illness and the first chapter had me on the edge of my seat. Who in the world would be desperate enough to shoot at or near a police station? Unless they're on their payroll too. Looking forward to your next chapter.

I like it. Though the font style is annoying me, I use my phone to have to zoom in and it's just weird to read it this way.
