I appreciated your sharing of your personal experience, and am so proud of you for having walked out of the unhappy times of your life. You have no idea how much your review means to me - a person who has never experienced a trauma of any sort till date. I wrote this chapter with apprehension because I simply had no idea how it was going to go, and throughout the entire time, I was simply fitting myself into Kagome's shoes and trying to draw a broad mental picture of her emotions. I was somewhat afraid I might do it badly, and end up sounding as if I am trying to belittle the situation.
